1. Information We Collect

When you contact us through our website form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name, phone number (if provided), and project details. That form is processed by Web3Forms on our behalf and delivered to our mailbox.

When you apply through our careers form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), LinkedIn URL (if provided), selected specialization, optional note, and the resume file you upload. Applications (including the resume attachment) are delivered by email via Resend to our team mailbox and are used only for hiring and recruitment follow-up.

When you use the chat assistant, the messages you send (and the recent conversation turns needed to answer) are forwarded to our language-model providers — currently Anthropic and/or OpenAI — so they can generate a reply. We do not use chat transcripts to train those models.

We also process limited technical data automatically: server logs; your IP address for fair-use rate limits on chat and careers (stored in Upstash / Vercel KV); Vercel Web Analytics pageviews and coarse location; and Vercel Speed Insights performance vitals. The contact page embeds a Google Maps iframe, which may set third-party cookies under Google’s policies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, discuss potential projects, evaluate careers applications, operate the chat assistant, protect those services from abuse, and understand how the site performs. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, or destruction.

4. Cookies

This website uses essential cookies required for basic functionality. The chat assistant in the bottom-right corner sets a signed, HttpOnly session cookie (itc_chat_sid) scoped to the /api/chat path. It contains a random identifier with no personal information and is used solely to enforce fair-use rate limits so a single visitor cannot abuse the service. The browser may also keep a short chat transcript in sessionStorage so the panel can restore the current conversation. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights are cookieless first-party measurements. Google Maps on the contact page may set its own cookies.

5. Chat Assistant, Bot Protection & Processors

To protect the chat assistant from automated abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs. Turnstile runs when you send a message and may process your IP address, user-agent string, and limited browser telemetry to verify that you are a human. Cloudflare's use of this data is governed by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum. We never see or store the underlying telemetry — only a single-use verification token that we forward to Cloudflare for validation.

Chat replies are generated by Anthropic and/or OpenAI under their respective data processing terms. Contact submissions go through Web3Forms. Careers applications go through Resend. Rate-limit counters use Upstash Redis / Vercel KV keyed by IP. Hosting, analytics, and speed measurement are provided by Vercel.
