4. Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies required for basic functionality. The chat assistant in the bottom-right corner sets a signed, HttpOnly session cookie (itc_chat_sid) scoped to the /api/chat path. It contains a random identifier with no personal information and is used solely to enforce fair-use rate limits so a single visitor cannot abuse the service. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics that collect personal data.

5. Chat Assistant & Bot Protection

To protect the chat assistant from automated abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs. Turnstile runs invisibly in the background when you send a message and may process your IP address, user-agent string, and limited browser telemetry to verify that you are a human. Cloudflare's use of this data is governed by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum. We never see or store the underlying telemetry — only a single-use verification token that we forward to Cloudflare for validation.
